How to control a 360 platform with your phone?
Hello!
It's possible to control our platforms by mobile apps (all platforms from the middle of 2022 come with a Bluetooth option).
We have integration with Snappic, Touchpix to control our platform and to record videos. These software options have a subscription.
Also, we have our own mobile app for iPhones and Androids. It can be used for the platform control only. You can download it for free.
It's named Spinner-360.
Also, we have a Scene controller app for laptops. Check the guide about it.
If you have the old platform version, then it's possible to replace your controller to make it Bluetooth-compatible.

If you have the old platform version and want to control it by the phone, then this guide is for you:
In this guide, we will show you how to control "DZEN TECH Spinner360" Platform with android phone. Connected by cable.
This might be helpful if you need to Start\Stop or change speed of platform without laptop and original app connection.
What you need for this:
- Any android phone (we tested it on Xiaomi MI A3)
- USB-OTG adapter for your android phone (check which USB type on your phone).

How to connect your phone to platform:
- Download app on your phone with link below.
- Download "Configuration File" on your phone with link below.
- Connect platform to phone with USB-OTG adapter (you can use usb extender cable as well). Don't forget to power up the platform.
- Run "Serial USB Terminal" app.
- Tap on "3 dots on top right corner" --> "Configurtion" --> "Import".
- Choose downloaded "Configuration file".
- Tap on "Connect" icon on top of the app.
- If you see "Connected to CP210x device" - then your phone connected to platform and ready to control.
In the bottom of app you will see 6 buttons:
Start/Stop - with this button you can start and stop platform.
20/40/60/80% - set rotating speed.
Stop - this button only can stop platform.
All set! Now you can control platform with your phone.
