The laptop doesn't see cameras in Bullet Time array

If the laptop doesn't see one of the cameras, then please check all cameras coming to this camera. Then turn the camera off and on manually.


Try switching cameras and check if the other camera works with same cables.

If it works fine, then the problem is in camera. You need to take it to the service or to replace.

If it doesn't work, then please take photos of all cables and text to our support team.


If you don't see any cameras in device manager of your laptop, then install drivers and check the connection of USB cable. Try changing USB port.
