Your Surface is not charging?
Please check that you have connected the charging device and the booth is plugged in.
If you see the message about a slow charging device, then it's all fine. It will still charge the Surface as it should.
Your Surface is hot and lagging? MixUp software is freezing and shuts down without a notice?
Please check that fans inside the booth work (they are located behind the Surface). Also check if you have some other apps running and turn off all unnecessary apps that may cause overheating.
We recommend having the Surface fully charged before the event starts. We've noticed that some Surface models overheat, when it's not 100% charged and running photo booth apps at the same time.
