Your laptop doesn't see the printer?
Please note that our software shows all printers that are currently connected to your laptop.
Your printer is connected and you can see it in the app, but it doesn't print photos?
Check that printing is activated(MixUp app- Photo settings-Print Settings.) It's possible to set auto or manual print.
If your printer cuts borders of photos, then try changing the scale from the MixUp app- Photo settings-Print Settings.
- Try changing the cable
- Install printer drivers.
- Use the other USB port of the booth
