MixUp troubleshooting: Backlight

In a MixUp software the white backlight is enabled but doesn't work.

  1. Check that you have opened MixUp white tab in a MixUp software and "Connection by Bluetooth" is selected. Backlight is enabled.
  2. Check that you connect from the "MixUp white" tab to the MixUp *** (* - number of the booth texted inside your booth). If you selected the white backlight from several tabs, then it may cause interruptions in the connection. SP105E is RGB backlight. You can connect to it from the MixUp Pixel tab.
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth on your laptop and turn it on again.
  4. Unplug the booth and plug it back after 5 seconds. 
  5. In MixUp app - MixUp white, check that the brightness is more than 0.
  6. Restart the laptop.
  7. Update Bluetooth drivers to the latest version from Windows site. Link

  2. Check that the booth is plugged in
