DZEN TECH

Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These Terms govern use of dzentech.store and purchases accepted by Dzen Tech Inc, 30 North Gould Street, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("DZEN TECH", "we", "us"). By placing an order you confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement and accept the version displayed to you. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law are not excluded.

2. Website information and quotes

Product pages describe the standard configuration. Images may show options not included. A request for a quote is not an order. Hardware configuration, quantity, price, production time, shipping and any custom work become binding only when confirmed in our written quote, invoice, checkout summary or order confirmation.

3. Orders and payment

We may accept or decline an order before confirmation, including for availability, export, fraud-prevention or pricing-error reasons. The total, currency, available payment method and any tax or shipping charge we collect are shown before payment. Dzen Tech Inc is the seller and merchant of record for an order it accepts. Stripe or another identified payment processor processes card or bank credentials and is not the seller; DZEN TECH does not receive the complete card number or security code. DZEN TECH remains responsible for determining, collecting and remitting sales, use or similar taxes where applicable. No tax-exempt treatment is promised unless supported by accepted documentation.

4. Software licenses

Software is licensed, not sold. The product page and order state the license duration, device limit, updates and transfer method. You may not reverse engineer, distribute, sublicense, circumvent licensing controls or use the software unlawfully, except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law. Ownership of the software and related intellectual property remains with its rights holder.

5. Production, delivery and import

Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delivery, tracking, customs duties, import taxes and risk allocation are described in the Shipping Policy and your order confirmation. You are responsible for lawful import and use in the destination country unless we agree otherwise.

6. Cancellations, returns and warranty

The Refund and Return Policy and Warranty and Service Policy form part of these Terms. Custom fabrication or delivery of a digital license may affect a voluntary cancellation right, but does not remove non-waivable rights for defective or misdescribed products.

7. Safe use

You must follow manuals, warnings, electrical limits, operator training and safe-zone requirements. Moving platforms and robotic camera systems require trained supervision and physical emergency controls. Software or remote controls do not replace those safeguards.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, infringe rights or use our products for unlawful content or activity.

9. Export controls and sanctions

Products, software, encryption, technical data and related services may be subject to United States export controls and sanctions, including OFAC-administered sanctions and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and to laws of the destination. You may not order, receive, transfer or use them where a transaction, end user or end use is prohibited. We may screen or decline a transaction, request compliance information, or suspend fulfillment when reasonably required by law. Availability on the website is not a promise that delivery or download is lawful in every country.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special and consequential losses are excluded where they were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability or a remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury where legally non-waivable.

11. Governing law, forum and changes

Contact support@dzentech.store first so we can investigate. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms and an accepted order are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without applying conflict-of-law rules, and disputes may be brought in a state court with jurisdiction in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. A consumer keeps any non-waivable governing-law, forum, small-claims and remedy protection of the consumer's place of residence. We may update these Terms prospectively. The version accepted for an existing order remains part of that order unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise.
